Photography/Videography Release
In entering the museum, guests agree to participate in the documentation of any presentation, program, event or other activity associated with the California Nature Art Museum (CalNAM). Guests to the museum authorize CalNAM to record, re-record, and photograph their likeness, performance, voice, and artwork. CalNAM may edit and adapt guest participation as it deems appropriate, unless staff are notified by the guests. CalNAM guests waive the right to inspect or approve the photographs, footage, artwork, or other materials owned by CalNAM before they may be duplicated, distributed, broadcast, exhibited, or used.

Social Media Policy
The California Nature Art Museum (CalNAM) welcomes dialogue with the public. Please be aware that all comments on CalNAM’s social media sites and channels are subject to public disclosure laws and will be screened periodically for the following:
Potentially libelous comments.
Obscene or explicit comments.
Hateful or mean-spirited comments.
Personal attacks, insults, or threatening language.
Plagiarized material, or material that violates intellectual property rights.
Private, personal information published without consent.
Commercial promotions or spam.
Comments that are off-topic or that link to material that is off-topic.
Comments that embed images from external sources.
Comments that violate any law.
The opinions expressed by visitors to CalNAM’s social sites and channels are not the comments of the California Nature Art Museum and do not reflect the official views and positions of the California Nature Art Museum.
