Britt Rickman joined the SBWCN team in 2019. After first serving as the lead for the mammal department, she moved into the role of Director of Rehabilitation in 2021. She grew up in Santa Barbara County with a love of the outdoors, animals, and sports. When not at work, Britt enjoys getting out into nature, playing rugby, and spending time with family.
Pam Perrimon joined the SBWCN team in 2025 as a part of its growing education initiative. Before moving to Santa Barbara she completed her PhD from the University of Southern California researching the social lives of extinct species. She has a diverse professional background working in public education and outreach with citizen science initiatives like The Longest Swim, and institutional programming with the Los Angeles Museum of Natural History and the La Brea Tar Pits. Her work with SBWCN aims to grow a robust education program with opportunities for formal, informal, and public connection so as to share the wonderful worlds of wildlife and wildlife rehabilitation with the public.
